Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

Full refunds available if cancelled more than 48 hours before experience start time.
50% refund if cancelled within 24–48 hours before start time.
No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before start time.

If we must cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, operational issues), a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original method of payment.
